Dear Captain, Noi, and all other staff members of Natural Wing. I would like to thank all of you with the greatest love on earth. For the most enjoyable, relaxing and wonderful time I had in the past 10 days in Natural Wing here at Koh Samui. I would like to make a big compliment to Oh who was guiding me so well throughout the whole programmed, always being happy and smiling and a lot of exercises.
I’m quite happy that I've find myself back again, being proud on my health and body, but even more about finding out the most important things in life.

I have tears in my eyes, because today I have to leave Natural Wing
I will miss all the great people who enjoyed me this week. It was so peaceful and quiet.
But I got always the nice staff around me.. I was on my own, but it felt never that way.
My health is better, and in Holland I’d like to keep it that way……
But the most important thing, I found myself back again…. Holland, Here I come!

I have to thank you and every one else in making my stay such an enjoyable one.
They are all so happy and such good fun, Oh, Na tried their best to make me more flexible in Yoga and concentrate in Qigong, they are such an inspiration.
Sorry! I mucked up the hospital results by drinking juice the night before, maybe you can do some thing about the memory next time!

Dear natural Wing !
I stay two weeks at the resort and I enjoyed every single minutes!!!!
The Yoga and Qigong, even though I’m not very flexible and the mosquitoes loved me….
The sand therapy, but only with my hand above the surface…
Sunbathing under banana leaf, aqua-aerobics, normal aerobics, the food, my room, Anusorn’s lectures, Noi’s warm hugs, my 10.20 a.m. juice & ever more, my 8.30 p.m. juice!
Even the coffee enema wasn’t bad! Never liked coffee before, but now I’m addict!

I don’t like to go home, because here it’s such a wonderful & quiet place

My stay here was wonderful. I keep “Natural Wing” as a very warm, family – like place in my heart. I learned a lot, not only about health, but also about the Thai hospitality and culture.

I want to thank you again for your assistance in my makeover to a healthier lifestyle.
Now I know what I need to do to keep my blood pressure,cholesterol, etc. in the normal range: common sense, deep breathing, exercise and healthy food. It took your program and your supportive staff, especially Pim and Oh, to nudge me into working towards a healthier me.
I've lost another kilo of weight in addition to the 3 kilos I lost at Natural Wing and I am
continuing work on changing my eating habits. So far so good.

Hello ,
I am home safe from Thailand. I just wanted to tell you that my 15 days at Natural Wing was one of the best experiences of my life. Not only did I get healthy and I lost weight, but I also made new friends. Everyone on your staff treated me like Thai royalty, I will never forget any of you.
I will think of you all often as I look at my new slender body in the mirror. I'm not quite "Cinderella" as Capitan says, but my husband thinks I look great, he's very pleased.
